Take notice that I claim as successor of John DeGarno, that certain water ditch, taking the water of Cedar Creek to the amount of two hundred inches, under four inch pressure, at a point near the mouth of Cedar Creek Canon, about fifty feet below John G. Schulte & Co. ditch. That I claim said water for irrigating and general farm purposes, as originally appropriated in the year 1867. Cedarville, June 1st 1876. Grover D. Godfrey.
