Water Claim — Pine Creek. Know all men by these presents that I J.J. Radkey of Modoc Cal have this day claimed and appropriated for the purposes of irrigate on upon my Ranch... two hundred and fifty (250) inches measured under a four inch pressure of the water here flowing in Pine Creek in said County.
