Notice is hereby given that I John Weltzker of Cedarville Township Modoc County California do hereby claim all the water flowing from a certain Hot Spring located and situated on the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section one (1) in Township Forty two (42) North of Range Sixteen (16) East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian... estimated at about one hundred inches under a four inch pressure. Said Hot Spring being known as Hansen and Cantrall Hot Spring.
