Notice is hereby given that I claim fifty cubic inches of water flowing under a four inch pressure for the purpose of irrigating the Northeast quarter of Section thirty three (33) on Township No. forty two (42) North of Range No. Sixteen (16) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. Said water is taken out of a stream flowing out of 'Keyser Canyon', and is conveyed to the above described by means of a ditch sufficiently large to convey the same. The said ditch was made by James W. Dickinson in the year 1869 and used by him for the purposes above mentioned, and by him sold and conveyed to me. A copy of this notice is now posted upon said ditch near the mouth of Keyser Canon. Dated at Cedarville, Cal. March 25th 1875. Attest: J.H. Bonner, J.R. Baty. Graham Tuttle. Filed for record at request of Jno. H. Bonner March 29th A.D. 1875 at 4 o'clock and 26 Min P.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder. Recorded March 30th A.D. 1875 at 9 o'clock 11 Min A.M. N.
