RICHARD B. WHITTAKER. Water right. Know all men by these presents; That I, Richard B. Whittaker have on the 1st. day of June A.D 1870, located and claimed three hundred (300) inches of the water flowing in Smiths Creek situated in Surprise Valley in Siskiyou County, State of California, to be measured under a four inch pressure for purpose of irrigation on the following described lands.
