NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of California respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claims Two hundred inches of water, flowing in this creek known as the wells ditch same being surplus and waste water from ranch of C.W. Williams.
