NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IN ACCORDANCE with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights, the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claims Three hundred inches of water, flowing in this ditch known as the wells ditch the same being surplus water and waste water from the Modoc Land and live stock Company ranch.
