Notice is hereby given that the undersigned claim and has heretofore appropriated and used One Hundred and fifty (150) inches of the waters here flowing in the South Fork of Pit River... to more fully establish the water right recorded in Book 1 of Water claims by John L. Flournoy and Pliny Jackson, which said Ditch have enlarged until it is now 5 feet wide on the bottom and 6 feet wide on top and about 22 inches deep.
