Know all men by these presents, that I Jesse Feufort of South Fork Township, County of Modoc, State of California, have this day claimed and appropriated, and do by these presents claim and appropriate for the purposes of irrigation and for Stock water, four hundred (400) inches measured under a four inch pressure of the water flowing in the North Fork of Pitt River. To further establish this said water right in conformity with the law, I hereby give notice that I will divert all of said water at a point near the center of the NW¼ of NE½ Sec 32 by means of a dam erected at said point and will take out said water on either side of said River by means of two ditches, each two feet wide at least.
