NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. Cal C.C. Secs. 1410-1422. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting WATER RIGHTS, the undersigned, has appropriated, and hereby claim Thirty (30) inches of water, flowing in this stream, known as Montgomery Creek in the County of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four inch pressure.
