LOCATION NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Chas Kirby Fox, of fort Bidwell, state of California, for myself, my successors and assigns, have located and appropriated, for domestic and irrigation purposes eight thousand (8,000) miners' inches of the waters flowing in a deep canyon, in modoc county, California.
