KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Chas Kirby Fox, of Fort Bidwell, california, for myself, my successors and assigns, have located and appropriated, for domestic and irrigation purposes, three thousand (3000) miners' inches of the waters flowing in Bull Creek in Modoc County, California.
