NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights, the undersigned, has appropriated, and hereby claims all the water, 50 inches more or less, running from the springs knows as Boyd Springs, situated on the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of section 31, Tp 45 N.R. 17 E. M.D.M. in the County of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four-inch pressure.
