Notes: PORTER FAMILY network continues — witnesses are Mr. James C. Porter and L.H. Porter (Lester H. Porter, Plum Canyon claimant from page 167). 'Phear' is an unusual first name. Flood season water only. Storage reservoir scheme: ditch carries flood water to reservoir in Sec 1, T42N R13E, then pipe under dam controls outflow. Diversion at NW/4 of SW/4 of Sec 6, T42N R14E. Recorded at request of A.M. Green. Posted March 31, 1911.
