Johnson of the Bassett Township, Modoc County, California, do here by claim one hundred (100) inches of water measured under a four inch pressure for the purpose of irrigating the North half of the East Quarter and the East half of the South East Quarter of Section 30 in Township 42 North Range 13 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
