Know all men by these presents, that I James C. Henderson of South Fork Township, County of Modoc and State of California, have this day appropriated and claim for the purposes of irrigation and of watering stock, one hundred (100) inches (measured under a four inch pressure) of the water flowing in Parker Creek, situate in said Township, County and State. Said water to be taken up and conveyed by means of a ditch (to be two feet wide and one foot deep in an average) commencing at this point in the NE1/4 of Sec 12 and running northwesterly on to and through my land described as the S1/2 of NW1/4 and NW1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec 12 and NE1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 11, all in Township 42 N.
