Notes: Freshet (flood) waters of Davis Creek. Uses existing 'Briles & Mulkey Ditch' to be enlarged — W.C. Mulkey was witness on M.D. Williams' Owing Creek claim (page 136). Shows interconnected community infrastructure. Ditch runs NW 2.5 miles to reservoir at SE/4 Sec 4, then redistributed via smaller ditch. Filed at request of Thomas Briles.
