Know all men by these presents that I Sarah A. Fisher of Goose Lake Valley Modoc County State of California have this day located and appropriated and do hereby claim and appropriate for the purposes of irrigation and for stock water and other domestic uses twenty five (25) inches to be measured under a four inch pressure of the water here flowing in Gainville Creek in said Valley County and State.
