That I James Roberts of Goose Lake Valley, in the County of Siskiyou, State of California, have on the 15th day of August 1872, located one hundred (100) inches of the water now flowing in the South Fork of Davis Creek, situated on the east side of Goose Lake Valley, for purposes of irrigation. Dated at Goose Lake Valley on this 15th day of August, A.D. 1872. James Roberts.
