Martin Henderson, of Goose Lake Valley, County of Modoc and State of California, have this day located and appropriated and do claim for the purposes of irrigation one hundred and fifty (150) inches of the waters flowing in the South Fork of Davis Creek. Said water to be taken out of said Creek at this point, about 600 yards east of the East Line of Sec 18, and conveyed by means of a ditch (three feet wide and eight inches deep) running southwesterly. Said ditch was built by me in A.D. 1871. Dated June 25th, 1875. Martin Henderson.
