Notice is hereby given that I claim, for my individual use and benefit, and for the purposes of irrigating my land, claimed under the Homestead Act, one hundred inches of water, measured under a four inch pressure, to be taken from this Creek and at this point, diverted by means of a ditch and thereby conveyed upon my land, located as follows, viz: Lots 1 and 2 of N.E. 1/4 and Lot 3 of N.W. 1/4, Sec 5, Twp 45 and Lot 4 of S.W. 1/4 Sec 32, Twp 46 R.16 E. Said Ditch to be eighteen inches wide and fourteen inches deep. Patrick Horan. Filed for Record at 12 o'clock and 30 minutes, June 11th A.D. 1874 at the request of P. Horan and recorded this 17th day of July, A.D. 1874 at 40 minutes past nine o'clock, A.M. N. FitzGerald, Recorder.
