I, Janet Ross, claim fifty inches of water measured under four inch pressure, the same to be taken out of Willow Creek about one hundred yards south of the N.W. corner of the S.W.1/2 of the S.W.1/2 of Sec 1, Township 46 N. Range 16 East. I have been in peaceable possession and had the use of the above described water since the summer of A.D. 1869. Janet Ross. By J.M. Sanders, Agent. Dated 17th day of April A.D. 1876.
