Notice is hereby given that I Robert Baty have this day claimed one hundred and seventy five inches of the waters of the Bidwell Creek, the same to be measured under a four inch pressure. Said water is to be diverted from the stream opposite to this Notice and conveyed by means of flume and Ditch 12 inches deep and 15 inches wide to the land of the undersigned in Section Nine Township 46 North R.16 E. And is to be used for irrigation and domestic purposes. Camp Bidwell, April 15th, 1876. Robert Baty.
