Notice is hereby given that we Hugh H. McMannes and A.A. Holcomb claim 300 inches of the water flowing in the Willow Creek, said number of inches to be measured under a four inch pressure. Said water is claimed to be used for irrigating and domestic purposes upon the lands of the undersigned in Sections 4 & 5, in Township 46 North, Range 16 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and is to be diverted from said stream at a point opposite this notice by means of a dam, and conveyed to the land above described in a ditch to be constructed 20 inches wide at the bottom and 30 inches wide at the top and 21 inches deep.
