NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights, the undersigned, has appropriated and hereby claim eighty inches of water, flowing in Bidwell Creek in the county of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four inch pressure.
