Notice!! Know all men by these Presents That the undersigned claims and has appropriated two hundred (200) inches of the waters here flowing in Willow or Bidwell Creek, measured under a four inch pressure... It is intended by this Notice to record the water heretofore appropriated by Joseph Burns in the year 1871 for use on the same Lands above described and that this claimant has used upon said Lands since September 1871.
