NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state of california respecting water rights, the undersigned, ha appropriated and hereby claim three inches of water flowing in Rock spring in sec 8 Twp. 41 N.R. 16 E. in surprise Valley in the county of Modoc.
