Notice is hereby given that I claim five hundred inches of water out of the stream Known as Steam Boat Creek in Surprise Valley, for irrigating the east half of the Southeast quarter of Sec. 2, two and the Southwest quarter of the South west quarter of Section one and fractional lots Numbers One and two in Township Forty one North Range Sixteen East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, containing one hundred and fifty six acres of land. Dated at Cedarville, Cal. March 15th 1876. Thos. N. Lee. Witnesses: O.P. Lister, H. Cambridge.
