Notice! Notice is hereby given that I Jacob Kitscher of Surprise Valley County of Modoc State of California do locate, appropriate and claim of the water here flowing in the Creek commonly known as Duck Creek three hundred (300) inches measured under a four inch pressure for the purpose of irrigation as well as general farm uses upon the land claimed and owned by me and described as SW quarter Section 26 Township 41 North Range 16 East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
