Be it known that the members of the Adin [?] Company of Adin have under date of Dec 23rd 1874 sold one half interest in their works to the following persons: Preston Hayes, Jas. Dorris, C.P. Dorris, C.G. Dorris and R.J. Dorris, and have on this 26th day of July 1875 filed on 500 inches of the water flowing in the North Fork of Pit River under four inch pressure, including all the tributaries. Martin Kelley, Secy of Company.
