By means of frame dam constructed of Wood and strengthened with earth and Stone and carried to the place of intended use by means of a Ditch on the North side of said Stream 3.5 feet wide and about 5 feet deep, and by means of a Slough on the South Side of said stream about 10 feet wide and about 3 feet deep...
