Various quarters of Sec 7, T42N R12E MDM (partially illegible). Dam 25 ft high at point where stream begins to flow in riffles down the meadow known as Indian Spring. Reservoir behind dam. Water via box and waste gate, then natural creek channel, pipes, ditches, flumes to use lands.
