Robertson of the County of Modoc State of California have this day located claimed and appropriated for the purposes of irrigation and for stock water upon the land claimed by me... all of the water (the same not exceeding 25 inches measured under a four inch pressure) issuing and flowing from a certain Spring rising on the N half of... Section one in Township 42 N.R. 11 E...
