Notice is hereby given that I claim the water right and right of water power upon the Riffles or Falls in the North Fork of Pitt River to the extent of one thousand inches measured under a four inch pressure. That the purposes for which I claim the same is to turn or run sufficient wheels and pumps to lift thirty inches of water measured under a four inch pressure for the purposes of irrigation.
