Pine Creek — Water Claim. Take notice that we claim the waters of Pine Creek flowing at the point of posting this notice designated as located at the upper end of Curley's place on the North side of Pine Creek near the mouth of the Canyon — that we claim the waters in amount after filling said Ditch, and still will all in both claims equal five hundred inches measured under a four inch pressure.
Notes: Supplementary claim after existing Curley/Dorris community ditch. Enlarging ditch to 6 feet wide, 2 feet deep. Claims water for irrigation, domestic, stock, and propelling machinery. Also claims right to dam water. Extension of existing ditch right. Two companion filings for different sections. Dated May 10, 1877.
