Know all men by these Presents, That I Andrew W. Torreson do claim and have heretofore in the Month of May 1875 appropriated Twenty five (25) inches of the waters here flowing in Thomas Creek measured under a four inch pressure... said ditch was first constructed by N.B. Rine and sold to me Carpenter and by him sold to me in month of May 1875.
