Know all men by these presents, that I Alex Mitchell of Hot Spring Valley, County of Modoc, State of California, have this day accepted and appropriated for the purposes of irrigating and watering Stock, one hundred and fifty (150) inches measured under a four inch pressure of the waters of Canyon Creek in said Valley, County and State.
