Bascom W. Runyon. Water right. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That I Bascom W. Runyon have on the 20th day of February A.D. 1873 located and claimed Two hundred (200) inches (to be measured under a four in pressure) of the water flowing in Wrights Creek, situated in Surprise Valley, in the County of Siskiyou, State of California for purposes of irrigation Stock-water and other domestic uses.
