Notes: Woman claimant — Mary P. Minto. NOTARIZED claim (not just witnessed) — K.M. Lester, Notary Public in and for Modoc County. Wrights Creek emerges from Warner Range of mountains — the canyon mouth is the diversion point. 'Raising of crops' is unusual purpose language (vs standard 'irrigation'). Witness F.E. Bush. Dated June 5, 1912. Filed June 10. Signed A.M. Ballard, Deputy. T40N R16E is in eastern Modoc near Surprise Valley.
