Notice is hereby given, That in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights the undersigned has appropriated, and by these presents claims 500 inches of water flowing in Cockrell creek & Canyon, in the county of Modoc, State of California, measured under a four inch pressure.
