NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of California respecting water rights, the undersigned has appropriated and hereby claims seven hundred and fifty (750) inches of flood water, flowing in Rye Swale in the County of Modoc State of California, measured under a four-inch pressure.
