Notes: James M. Fitzhugh THIRD claim on Crooks Creek (first two were pages 181-182, Sept 1911). Now 'James M.' instead of 'James Mroth' — same person, abbreviated middle name. Same 100 inches, same diversion point (NW/4 of NW/4 Sec 24), same irrigated lands (homestead in Secs 34-35). RE-FILING — likely to strengthen or correct the 1911 claim. 'Domestic stock' purpose — livestock emphasis. No witnesses listed. Dated June 15, 1913. Filed June 16.
