Notice is hereby given That I James M. Fitzhugh have Notice that I claim oneh hundred inches of water measured under a four inch pressure of the water flowing in a stream known as Crooks Creek in Modoc county, California and that I intend using the same for domestic stock and irrigation purposes.
Notes: James M. Fitzhugh THIRD claim on Crooks Creek (first two were pages 181-182, Sept 1911). Now 'James M.' instead of 'James Mroth' — same person, abbreviated middle name. Same 100 inches, same diversion point (NW/4 of NW/4 Sec 24), same irrigated lands (homestead in Secs 34-35). RE-FILING — likely to strengthen or correct the 1911 claim.
