NOTICE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER. Cal. C.C. Secs. 1410-1422. hereby claim (2000) Two thousand inches of water flowing in Hilton Dairy Creek in the county of Modoc, State of California measured under a four-inch pressure.

Notes: Hilton Dairy Creek — named for a local dairy operation. Storage purpose — water collected in reservoir for later irrigation. Divert point described relative to section corner intersection (Secs 27-28-33-34) — about 1,320 ft (1/4 mile) south and east. Irrigates quarter-quarter sections at corners of 4 adjoining sections (13, 14, 23, 24) — same clustered pattern as L. Pate's Seyfreth Spring claim (page 173). Posted on Juniper tree.
