Notes: Fitzhugh claim #2 of 2 — same day as Crooks Creek claim. Unnamed canyon 1/4 mile south of homestead. Divert at point about 1/4 mile south, near middle of south line of SE/4 of SW/4 Sec 35 (corrected from 'Sec 25'). Conduct due north 1/4 mile. Same witnesses (R.H. Wells, John Fitzhugh), same date (Sept 12, 1911). Both filed Sept 16. Claiming two different water sources for the same homestead — belt and suspenders approach.
