Notes: SECOND PUMPING PLANT in the entire record (first was C. Claussen on Pitt River, page 198). DITCH AND PUMPING PLANT — mechanical elevation of water. Sand Creek in T43N R17E — another competitor on this heavily contested creek (Fox 10,000 inches, Dodge surplus, Farmer/McDaniel 500 inches, and now Buck 160 inches). Witness Joshua H. Hutchinson (the Fortynine Creek claimant from page 223 — witness network continues). S.S. Buck also witnessed Hutchinson's claim — reciprocal witnessing. Dated Sept 29, 1913. Filed Oct 1.
