TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNED, I the undersigned have this day and date March 12, 1913 A.D. located one hundred miners inches of Fortynine Creek waters and am running same from this place through a ditch accross the S.W. corner of sec. 34 to the N.E. corner of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of sec. 33.
