Notes: Lafayette Dodge SECOND Sand Creek claim (first was page 174, May 1911 on surplus water). Now spelling is 'Lafayette' (corrected from 'Lafayett'). Claims ALL SURPLUS water again. Note section 31 — same T43N R17E as first claim but different section. Witness S.E. Farmer — Samuel E. Farmer from the Farmer/McDaniel group claim (page 210) who also claims Sand Creek. Interconnected community of claimants on this creek. Dated May 27, 1913. Filed May 28.
