Charles A. Schmaltz and Emile B. Schmaltz of Cedarville Township, have this day claimed and appropriated for the purposes of irrigation and for domestic uses all of the waters flowing down the Gulches between Pine Creek and Cottonwood, not exceeding fifty inches. We hereby give notice that we intend to convey said water by means of their natural channels onto the Lands. We and those under whom we hold and possess said land have been in constant and uninterrupted possession at least three years last past. Dated May 18th A.D. 1876.
