Spring located 1/4 mile north of north line of homestead. Irrigates quarter-quarter sections at corners of 4 adjoining sections (1, 12, 13, 14) — geographically clustered at the four-corner intersection. Witnesses Miss Merle Pate, Miss Zella Pate (daughters — 'Miss' indicates unmarried). Dated May 5-11 (corrected). Surprise Valley area, eastern Modoc.
