Know all men by these presents, that I John Blenton of Goose Lake Valley, Modoc County, California, have this day claimed and appropriate for the purpose of irrigation forty (40) inches (measured under a four inch pressure) of the waters of Davis Creek in said Valley, County and State. To further establish said claim & right, I hereby declare that I will divert said water from said Creek at a point on the NW¼ of SE¼ Sec 7, Twp 45 N.
